UCSF Professional Liability (Malpractice) Insurance Coverage:
PL coverage is provided through the UC Regents self-insurance program. It is provided to all UC employees when working within their course and scope of employment or training program here at UCSF. We do not provide PL coverage for moonlighting or private practice work.

A COI is issued to UCSF healthcare providers who are working at non-UCSF facilities.
